The hosts were absolutely lovely – very welcoming and friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless and the location was great. The art was beautiful too. Lovely touch of a towel for make up in the bathroom that made me smile.

The hosts were amazing! The room was spotless and spacious. As was the bathroom. Perfect location for everything we wanted. We would 100% stay here again and when we come back to cornwall this will be the first place I book. Absolutely outstanding!
Everything was spot on! Nothing we didnt like!

Very warm welcome from both Tony and Jeremy on arrival with full info provided on both the property and the local attractions. A very comfy personally decorated and spacious room and ensuite. The host even went out and bought different pillows in case his previous perfectly good ones set off my wife’s allergy. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier, more understanding host. Perfect placement too visit Lands End, Mousehole and the Minack. As in any part of Cornwall you do need transport.

Just arrived back from a fabulous mini break in Cornwall. Our 2nd stay at the Old Workshop. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable for our stay, the kitchenette that is supplied is perfect for making a small snack or light breakfast. The host’s Tony and Jerry could not do enough for us during our stay and just made our break even more perfect.

Marie & Stuart - August 2019

Absolutely loved our stay! We went as a family (2 adults, 2 children) and had connecting rooms with 2 en-suites. There was also a kitchenette with toaster, fridge & microwave etc, which was handy. The hosts, Tony & Jerry were two of the nicest people you could meet, and gave us maps & tips for exploring the area. Jerry even did a painting session in his studio with my boys one rainy morning, his artwork is truly stunning and the boys are now inspired artists! The cottage is clean, decorated to a high standard and situated in a perfect location, close to Mousehole (a beautiful fishing village with lots of rock pools), Porthcurno (the beach and views are out of this world), Land’s End (just 7 miles away), and obviously Penzance (St Michael’s Mount is a must). There are plenty of shops & restaurants just a short drive away. The park & drive for the Scillonian (boat trip across to the Scilly Isles) is also just around the corner. We will definitely return!
